Do-NowRecall a friendship you had when you were young.  Who was this friendship with?  Which one of you was the leader and which one of you was the follower?  Are you still friends with this person?  Why or why not?

Today: 1) Review Chapter 9 questions from "Hoops"

2) Review characterization

3) Class will read Chapters 1 and 2 of "The Kite Runner"

4) Read Chapter 3 and complete the review questions for the chapter

Today: 1) Go over questions for the end of Chapter 7 and Chapter 8.

2) Class will read Chapter 9 and complete the review questions for the chapter.

3) Introduce project for "Hoops" and "The Contender."
